What's Cooking With Trice: Old Fashioned Lasagna

Hello Lovelies!

Long time no speak, I know, I know, my apologies!!!  But what better way to return than with a What's Cooking With Trice post that will make ya hungry!
I was sent Tuttorosso tomato products from a family-owned and family-run company called Red Gold.  They have been around since the 1940s focused on growing locally in the Midwest states of Ohio, Michigan, and Indiana where true seasons positively impact the flavor of their tomatoes.

I decided to use the tomato sauce and peeled plum shaped tomatoes to make an ooey gooey lasagna!!!  As always, I'm all about quick and easy meals so I used my mother's recipe and was eating in under 40 minutes!!!
Here is what else you'll need for the dish.
Sharp Cheddar
Ground Turkey
2 eggs
3 TBSP Ricotta Cheese
6 lasagna noodles
1.) Preheat oven to 350
2.) Boil noodles to right before al dente (they'll continue to cook in oven)
2.) Season and brown the ground turkey, drain
3.) Mix tomatoes and sauce into the meat mixture, set aside
4.) In a bowl mix eggs, mozarella, cheddar, and ricotta. (lightly season)
5.) Begin layering in a casserole dish, starting with meat mixture, noodles, cheese mixture, and repeat.  Sprinkle parmesan on top.
6.) Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until the top layer of cheese is brown and bubbly!!!

Here is the finished product...PERFECTION! Guys, this was sooooo good and soooo easy to make.  Please try it, your family will love it.  As for the Tuttorosso tomatoes, they were a winner as well!

Thanks for stopping by!

I haven't used it yet because I've been traveling the entire Christmas break and I want to unbox it when I return home so stay tuned.  Here is my NYE look anyways!
