Conch House St Augustine

Hi Dolls,

Earlier this week I went to St. Augustine for a little shopping and sight-seeing.  I’ve been there several times but have never taken the time to sight-see.

FYI:  St. Augustine is the Nations Oldest City.

It was hot as (fill in the blank) though!!!  Because of the heat and the amount of walking we’d have to do, I chose to wear something comfy!

Yall it was so freggin’ hot… I promise I tanned 2 shades darker!

Anywho…so you know ya girl found somewhere great to eat right???

We went to the Conch House Restaurant!!!!

The restaurant was connected to a resort and a marina

 which created a great view!

It had a great carribean vibe with reggae playing in the background and lil’ totem poles all over the place!

They had these cute little tiki huts you could sit at outside, but it was just too dern hot for that.

Here’s what we ordered!!!

Tropical Chicken Wings

Fish Tacos with Yellow Rice and Black Beans

Shrimp & Grits

Shrimp and Sausage Po-Boy

We went to the St. Augustine Premier Outlets after our sight-seeing and I found some cute stuff!  Everything was great and we all had a wonderful time in St. Augustine, despite the scorching HEAT!!!

I'm digging the sequined top and I like that you made it casual with some jeans and gladiator sandals. I also love the multi-purpose aspect of a top like that because you can take it from day to night so easily by just throwing on a fierce heel! And girl…I love me some conch!Roni
