ANDIAMO! Brick-Oven Pizza (Miami, FL)

Hi guys!

When I was in Miami for Bernie’s Bachelorette party, my boyfriend called me right before we hit 95 to head home and insisted that we make a u-turn and pick up, and I quote, “..some of the best pizza you’ll ever eat!”.

So I obliged and did a U-Wee back down Biscayne Blvd to ANDIAMO!!! Brick-Oven Pizza

There was a lot of people here on this early Sunday evening and there was more space outside than inside to dine.

What’s pizza without grated parmesan cheese and crushed red pepper flakes right!!!?!!!?!

There were several different types of pizza pies to choose from but my boo insisted on the “GODFATHER”!!!

All of the pizza is cooked in a brick oven.  As I sat waiting for my pizza, I watched them pull pizza after pizza out of the brick oven and the cheese was ever so gooey and bubbly! LOL!

Here was our “Godfather” pizza!!!!  It was so freggin’ good! The ingredients were so fresh!  It had the following on it:  pepperoni, italian sausage (The star in my book), olives, green peppers, onion, mushrooms, and fresh basil!!!  It was definitely the “godfather” of pizzas.  I’m glad we detoured for the pizza!  It kept us full the long ride back home.

Talk to you all soon!

What a yummy dish cooked in a very good looking and efficient brick oven! It’s nice that you’ve posted a photo of their brick oven. I bet their contractor really thought about the oven’s design so that it can cook many pizzas at a time. Anyway, I bet you enjoyed the “Godfather” pizza. Have you visited other pizzerias that use brick ovens? I hope you can direct me to those posts. :D-Nohemi Tutterrow-
