Hey Lovelies,
As most of you may already know….ya girl LOVES to cook! I wish I had the time and energy to cook more often but after a long day at work, I want the quickest thing I can come up with. Last night’s dish was just that, quick and delish!!!! Honey-Ginger Salmon!!!
Here’s what you need:
Creole Seasoning, Orange Juice, Garlic Powder, Low-Sodium Soy Sauce, Honey, Salmon, Ginger, and Green Onion
1.) In a small dish add 1/4 cup of the orange juice, soy sauce, and honey.
2.) Add 1tsp of creole seasoning, garlic powder, and grated ginger.
3.) Chop 2 green onions and add to the marinade.
4.) Stir to combine everything then add your salmon, cover, and refrigerate for 15-20 minutes.
5.) After the fish has marinated, add them to a hot grill pan and cook on each side for 8-10 minutes. Brush the salmon with the marinade as it cooks.
6.) Once the fish flakes with a fork, take it off the heat, plate, and eat!!!
This meal didn’t take long at all and it was as yummy as it looks! I added my veggies and some leftover mashed potatoes and garnished with a little parsley. SO GOOD!
If you try it, please let me know how it turned out!
Thanks so much for stopping by!
XOXO

Wow! I want to try this.
I love making salmon this way! Sweet and savory is definitely the way to go 🙂
Looks so good!I'm so scared of ginger but I may have to try this one!
OMG this looks so good. I'm definitely stealing this recipe. I wonder how it would taste with Tilapia-that's the only fish in my freezer at the moment.http://thriftyandshameless.blogspot.com
