This is his recipe for Chicken Parmesan Bites! If you like classic Chicken Parm, you’ll love this.
Here’s what you’ll need:
DIRECTIONS:
1.) Season 1lb. of ground chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasonings.
2.) Form balls and place mozzarella in the middle and cover with more meat.
3.) Dredge you meatballs in flour, egg/milk, and panko bread crumbs. ( I sprinkled a little parsley flakes on them too.)
4.) Place you meat balls in hot vegetable oil and cook on each side.
5.) While the meat balls cook, prepare your tomato sauce. Add a spoonful of tomato paste, a can of tomato juice, and a can of crushed or diced tomatoes. Season well with salt, pepper, garlic salt, and Italian seasoning. Thin the sauce a little with chicken stock.
6.) Plate your meat balls and sprinkle parmesan cheese on top while they are still hot!
These little bites were so yummy and soooo easy to make! They were just as good the next day but make sure you heat them up in the oven so the outside is still crispy and the inside is ooey gooey!
As always, thanks so much for stopping by!
