This morning was a Chick-Fil-A kinda morning! I promised my self no more fast food restaurants and I’ve done pretty good with the exception of Chick-Fil-A, Pollo Tropical, and of course Subway but they hardly count as fast food! At least in my book. Why, you may ask, because at the end of the day, they are way more healthier options that those other popular fast food joints and let’s face it, they taste better!!!
I’m not really a calorie counter but for those of you who are, they have some relatively low cal choices like the following for example:
3 count chicken minis (280cal)
Chargrilled Chicken Sandwich (290cal)
New Chicken Tortilla Soup (230cal)
Well this morning I wanted something with a little more…it was just that kind of morning so I got this….
Yep, that’s right a buttery and delicious Chick-Fil-A Chicken Biscuit that I love with honey, and a small cup-o-joe with lots of cream and sugar! LOL!
OK, OK, OK…so on a day when I put forth the effort to preserve my “girlish figure” as my boo likes to say, I go for this:
The Yogurt Parfait with Granola! This is a delicious option if I can say so myself! I actually choose this option more than the biscuit but like I said, some days ya just want the fat!!! This parfait only has 290 calories if anyone cares to know!
