The Southern Cowboy, the first cookbook written and curated by Chef-Owner John Rivers of 4 Rivers Smokehouse hit the shelves last week on November 1. This book features home-style recipes accompanied by personalized anecdotes and personal stories of a corporate pharmaceutical executive turned barbeque, smoking, and grilling guru!!!
Chef Rivers will be doing a cookbook signing in North and Central Florida over the next couple of days! For all of my fellow Jacksonville readers, there will be a signing here this Friday!
