M Shack

Hey Loves!

It’s not often I eat burgers so when I get in the mood for one, I want a burger and the fixings that will satisfy all of my taste buds!  After the rave reviews I heard from my boyfriend down to co-workers about how awesome  M shack is, I decided to give them a try.  This particular day I was doing a little Valentine’s day shopping at the St. Johns Town Center  and decided to go to M Shack for lunch.  I got there around 11:50ish and within minutes the line was out the door.  I always look at that as being a good indicator for how good something must be.

BURGER:  I got the M burger that came with your regular toppings (American Cheese, Lettuce, tomato, pickles) and “Shack Sauce”  which tasted like a mixture of mayo and ketchup.  I added bacon to my burger because seriously…what’s a burger without bacon!?!? 🙂  The burger was very good and cooked medium for some juiciness!  You must specify if you want it cooked other wise.

FRIES:  If Truffle Parmesan anything is on a menu, 9 times out of 10, I’m probably gonna order it!   This is exactly what I did here.  I got the Truffle Parmesan fries and though they were tasty I was somewhat disappointed.  I’m not sure what I was expecting, but for $4.95 I was expecting the flavors to be meshed together a lot better.

SHAKE:  There’s nothing better than a juicy burger and fries with a classic shake to wash it all down with.  I ordered the Strawberry shake and it was sooooo good!  The only bad thing is that I ordered a small instead of a large.  They use Blue Bell ice cream to make their shakes which is all I needed to hear!  I’m looking forward to trying the other flavors like Bananas Foster, Pecan Pie, and “Adults” Cookies and Cream which I hear has a little something something in it!

Overall, the M Shack was pretty good!  I’d go back for the shakes alone!  My only complaint would be the fries.  In my opinion, they weren’t worth the 5 bucks I paid for them.  Other than that, they are good to go and I will certainly be back for more.

As always, thanks for stopping by my blog!  I truly appreciate all of my readers!  I’ll be back soon with more goodies, stay tuned.

the fries look delish! …they probably didn't have the oil hot enough when they dropped them (as for their lack of umph)
