Have I ever told you how much I love seafood? It’s probably my favorite type of food so when Bonefish Grill contacted me to try their new winter menu, I was much obliged! If you’re familiar with Bonefish, you have to know about their infamous Bang Bang Shrimp appetizer! If not, check out my first food picture here.
It took a heck of a lot of will power not to order it this time around but I successfully resisted because I absolutely had to try the Lobster, Crab and Artichoke Dip that’s featured on their new winter menu!
The dip comes with sweet lobster, lump crab, and house made tortilla chips. One thing I can say about this appetizer is that they do NOT skimp on the meat! It was full of lobster and crab! The house made chips had a delightful sprinkling of Old Bay making this appetizer pretty darn tasty!
I ordered the Fresh Oscar Mahi Mahi which is also a part of the new Winter menu! It’s a wood-grilled fresh Mahi Mahi topped with jumbo lump crab and served with freshly steamed asparagus, lemon butter sauce, and two sides. The Mahi was incredibly flavorful but as you can see the portion was surprisingly small leaving me wanting more!
My boyfriend was in the mood for a classic so he ordered the Alaskan Cod Fish and Chips. There’s really no way to mess up tempura-style cod and fries! It was good, especially with the malt vinegar and tartar sauce.
Though Bonefish Grill specializes in seafood, a portion of their menu is dedicated to dishes “From The Land”. We’ve always heard great things about the Bonefish Wagyu Beef Burger so we decided to give it a try and it was one of the best burgers I’ve tasted in a while! It came on a brioche bun and was fully dressed with sharp cheddar and a special sauce.
One of the cocktails from the winter menu, indulgent enough to make any celebration spectacular, is this Winter White Cosmo! It features Reyka Vodka, Cointreau, St. Germain Eldeflower liquer, white cranberry juice, and fresh lime juice. If this cocktail doesn’t scream the holidays, I don’t know what will!

Other dishes from the winter menu include the Misoyaki Chilean Sea Bass, Filet and Lobster Thermidor which looked amazing (we saw on our way out on another guests plate), and Chocolate Creme Brule!
