The Hyppo

Hi Dolls,

With summer (and Florida heat) quickly approaching, staying cool is high up on my to-do list!  Honestly, whenever I’m out and about whether it’s in Riverside or St. Augustine, I find my way strolling into The Hyppo for a deliciously cool and refreshing treat!

These gourmet ice pops are handmade daily with all natural ingredients!  They use the freshest fruit, herbs and spices, evaporated cane juice, and hormone free dairy.  If dairy isn’t your thing, no worries!  All ice pops that contain dairy are indicated by the dot by the name of the pop!

The variety of flavors to choose from make it quite an ordeal when ever I go in!  I’ve never had a pop I didn’t like so it’s hard to pick one every time!  Some of my favorites include the Strawberry Basil, Watermelon Hibiscus, and Pistachio Coconut!  There are others that have piqued my interest that I have on a list to try this summer like the Peach Prosecco Mascarpone and Sweet Potato Crunch!

I love that they use the best fruit around for the season.  They flash freeze the ice pops for ultimate freshness that you can really taste with every bite!  I’m looking forward to the Pumpkin Pie pop next fall!

This day I was in the mood for a something less fruity so I got the Creamy Walnut and had it dipped in chocolate!  It was absolutely amazing!  The creamy texture of the ice pop and the smooth vegan-friendly chocolate complimented each other nicely.

I love supporting local businesses especially when the product is phenomenal!  Like I mentioned earlier, I haven’t had a bar I didn’t like and with a menu as extensive and creative as theirs, you’re sure to find something you’d love!

Which ice pop would you try?

Besides the incredible ice pops, the staff members are always a delight and willing to help you decide on the best flavor for you!  If you’re ever in the area, The Hyppo is a must try!

As always thanks so much for stopping by!

XOXO
