Pretty Girls Wear Pretty Pieces

Hi Dolls!

“Pretty Girls Love Trap Music” and Pretty Girls wear Pretty Pieces
I’ll be the first to admit that I have my moments of bougie but when I hear “No Hands” by Waka Flocka or “T-shirt” by Migos, all couth and inhibition go out the window for a good 3 and half minutes!  Don’t judge.  I mean what’s not to love about a song of no substance with a dope beat?  Ok, so maybe these songs do have substance, for someone, but I digress.  Speaking of trap music, I really wanted to visit Two Chainz’s Pink Trap House in Atlanta when it was…well…pink.  However, I hear the neighbors pitched a fit and it’s no longer a thing.  Anyways, besides loving trap music, pretty girls love looking pretty and Nicole Banks has everyone covered in the style department!  Her boutique, Shop Pretty Pieces, has one of a kind, stylish pieces for everyone of all shapes and sizes!  I haven’t met a item of clothing or an accessory from her boutique I didn’t like and this amazing floral, yellow, assymetrical peplum didn’t disappoint either!

Now that Spring is upon us, this top is ideal and an absolute show stopper!  It literally oozes spring!  After this photo shoot, I met a friend for brunch and received so many wonderful comments on my ensemble!  Everyone wanted to know where I got my peplum from!  It is eye-catching!   The floral print is so bold and I believe women of color look glorious in yellow!  Needless to say when I saw this top, I had to have it!

It can easily be dressed up or down…although rocking it with white distressed jeans like I did, still looks quite dressy!  I can also see wearing it with a pencil skirt.

These heels with the colorful tassels were the perfect shoe to bring out the colors in the top.

This is why I love Shop Pretty Pieces, the items are so unique, affordable, and most of them are very colorful!

To me, there’s nothing better than rocking colorful attire in the Spring and Summer!  I’ve definitely got my eye on some pieces I NEED for summer!

Recently, Shop Pretty Pieces expanded from online to a brick and mortar and I attended the Grand Opening festivities!  I’ve only known Nicole for a short period of time, but she is definitely one of the most inspiring women I’ve met in a while.  She has a great story and is extremely humble and passionate. I am really happy for her success with the Shop Pretty Pieces Boutique and I look forward to seeing how God will continue to bless her and her business going forward.

With Spring in full effect and Summer lurking, you should definitely visit the Shop Pretty Pieces website!  She has so many cute looks, you are sure to find something you’ll like!  If you live in the area, stop in at the actual brick and mortar on Atlantic Blvd. and shop until your heart’s content!

So really quick, before I go, what’s your favorite trap song?  Don’t you dare tell me you don’t have one, lol!   Let me know in the comments below, have a fabulous weekend, and as always, thank you for stopping by!

XOXO
