Hi Dolls, I am all about details sometimes. In fact the details are usually what sells something for me. I’m not just talking about clothes but in different aspects of life. For example if someone asked me to go to New York with them, I’d want to know what we’d be doing, are we going to sight see, where would we be staying, and what restaurants are we going to visit. Even though I love New York City, if you could provide me with the details, I’d be more inclined to say yes. However, this post is definitely about the details in this skirt that made me fall in love! In fact, if these beautiful pearl details weren’t on this skirt, I probably wouldn’t have bought it….actually I probably would have because it was only $9 bucks but the dainty pearl details definitely helped in my decision!
The majority of this outfit came from good ole faithful, Ross Dress for Less! You either love Ross or you don’t but I have never been let down. I’ve always been able to go into Ross and find hidden gems like this adorable skirt. You’ve just got to be willing to dig through the racks. I found this sweater the same day. It was like fate! The pair was a perfect match!
I finished the look off with my favorite pink suede booties from An Unlikely Pear and grey and white Kendra Scott statement earrings! It was the perfect dainty, feminine look!
I can easily re-purpose both pieces. The sweater with a pair of jeans and the skirt with a cute off the shoulder top, especially with spring right around the corner.
Oh gosh, and lets not forget about my favorite bird cage clutch from KlutchME. It is the statement piece of a lifetime! Every time I use it, I get a ton of compliments and people demand to know where I got it! It’s an all time fav and was the perfect accessory for this look!
Are you a detail kind of person as well or do you just go with the flow? In all honesty, it all depends on the day for me but in this case, I was all about the details, especially the pearl details in this skirt! As always, thanks so much for stopping by! Have a fabulous day!
