Hi Dolls! Name the film for the following tune…”Prince Ali, Fabulous He! Ali Ababwa!” If you guessed Disney’s Aladdin, you’d be correct! This is what my friend, Krystle kept singing last week when my braid kept falling from around my bun, LOL! I was totally giving Aladdin-esque, Genie in a bottle vibes with these amazing harem pants! I bought these harem pants at Zara a few seasons ago with no idea as to how I would style them. I just knew that I absolutely loved the way they looked on and settled on figuring it out later. This was the third time I’ve worn them and as the saying goes, third time is the charm because I have figured out how easy making harem pants chic can be!

While perusing the aisles of one of my all time favorite store, Ross Dress for Less, I came across this adorable mesh floral blouse. I immediately fell in love with all of its details from the embroidery to the sleeves. Once I tried it on and it fit perfectly, I knew it had to come home with me!

At the time, I had pictured pairing it with my skirt with the mesh panel, but it was the moment I got home, opened my drawer, and saw my blush harem pants staring back at me, that I had a fashion epiphany! You know, the moment you try on an outfit at home and the whole room glows! Yeah, that’s what happened here, lol! I was all in the mirror saying “YASSSSSSSSSS, you cute, you cute!” (Don’t act like it’s just me!)

Out of the three times I’ve worn these pants, the look never came together as fabulously as it did this time. It was feminine, it was sexy, and it was chic!

That afternoon, I attended a Ted Talk, another amazing thing I’ll have to tell you guys about soon, and I received a ton of compliments! One that stands out the most is when a young lady came up to me and said “I saw you and thought, I don’t know what this outfit is but I love it!” I hit the style lottery with this look! Ok ok so perhaps, I’m over-hyping it but I was totally feeling my look and so were at least 10 different people that day!

Honestly, whether I’m over-hyping it or not, all that matters is how the look made me feel, and it made me feel great! If you love the look as much as I do, you can try your luck at Ross and Zara or definitely shop similar looks below.
As for my accessories, the earrings came from Kendra Scott and you guys know my favorite bird cage clutch came from KlutchMe.

How would you rock these harem pants? Would you casually wear them, boho-style, with a t-shirt or would you make them a little more chic like I did? Either way would be a great look!
As always, thanks so much for stopping by! Have a fabulous day!
XOXO
Great and detailed blog! Really liked the format and writing style. Harem and Bohemian pants are easily wearable with tops and sandals for the comfy and hippie look. They are more inspired by the boho style. Cheers!
