Coop 303 Brunch Party

Hi Dolls,

Since we can’t really “GO” to brunch, let’s reminisce about it! The last brunch I went to was at Coop 303 for a Galentine’s Day Brunch Party and it was such a lovely time! From the decor, to the “gals”, to the food, everything was fit for an avid bruncher! Whenever I’m in Neptune Beach, I enjoy visiting Coop 303 for cocktails! The restaurant itself is sleek and contemporary and if you know anything about me, I love a great rooftop! The food is good too! I mean, you can’t really go wrong with chicken, right?! The cocktails are always on point and so is my brunch go-to, the chicken and waffles so it’s only right that I start with that!

chicken and waffles

Chicken and Waffles: Bacon waffle, Onion jam, Datil pepper jelly,
Maple crema.

I love their modern spin on this classic dish! The flavors go together so well, you don’t really miss the syrup! The maple creama and pepper jelly is definitely a sophisticated twist that’s delicious!

fried chicken

Of course you can’t forget about the 48-hour pickle brined fried chicken basket! The flavor is undeniable and you can order it with 2 or 3 sides depending on how many pieces of chicken your order.

coop benedict

Coop Benedict: Soft poached eggs, BBQ pulled pork, fried green tomatoes, crispy fried onions, Florida gold hollandaise sauce on a toasted English muffin

Yes! This Benedict tasted as good as it looked! Another stellar combination of flavor!

fried green tomatoes

Peaches & Cream: fried green tomatoes, Burrata cheese,
peach jam, mustard balsamic.

I was seriously blown away by this appetizer. When I think of peaches and cream, I think of just that…peaches and whipped cream. This appetizer is full of surprises. There really isn’t any cream but the peach jam on top of the fried green tomato and Burrata cheese is phenomenal!

brunch attire

Looking back at this picture reminds me of how much I miss getting all dolled up! It makes me wonder when and if we’ll ever be able to get back to business as usual. Something tells me that things won’t ever be the exact same as before or at least for a long while. Nevertheless, no need to put a damper on my post! This super cute top I’m wearing came from Shop Pretty Pieces, my favorite boutique. Most of the ladies thought it was a jumper but I was simply rocking a monochrome look. My pants were from Zara!

the parsley manor brunch decor

I’ll never forget how beautiful that day was. The weather was perfection and I’d be remiss if I didn’t mention The Parsley Manor who was responsible for all of the fabulous Galentine’s Day decor! If you’re reading this, 9 times out of 10, you ready to get back out and about again! I pray that it’ll be much sooner than later and when we do, you should definitely consider Coop 303 for brunch!

As always, thanks so much for stopping by!

XOXO
