My favorite time of year is here, and the holidays are right around the corner! If you have any holiday parties on the horizon or just want a quick, delicious, and impressive appetizer that will WOW the crowd, my Praline Honey Baked Brie recipe will get the job done! Besides it being perfectly melty and delicious, it takes literally no time at all to whip up! No seriously, you could make this recipe in 25 minutes flat and be out the door with the star dish of the holiday party! The secret ingredient is from none other than my favorite Cajun seasoning, Tony Chachere’s but you have to keep reading to find out what it is!
This post is sponsored by Tony Chachere’s but opinions are my own.
This amazing praline honey baked brie recipe features Tony Chachere’s Praline Honey Injectable Marinade and Tony Chachere’s More Spice Seasoning.
Here are all the ingredients you’ll need:
- 8 oz. wheel of Brie
- 1 French baguette (cut into 1/2-inch rounds, buttered and toasted)
- 1/4 cup Tony Chachere’s Praline Honey Ham Injectable Marinade
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 2 tsp. Tony Chachere’s More Spice Seasoning
- 1 TBS. Rosemary (chopped)
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
1.) Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
2.) Remove brie from its wrapping and make criss-crossed scores in the cheese. Place the wheel of brie in an oven safe baking dish.
3.) Bake brie for 20 minutes.
4.) While brie is baking, cut baguette into 1/2 inch rounds and add butter to them. 5 minutes before taking out the brie, add the bread to the oven to lightly toast.
5.) In a small sauce pan, heat up maple syrup, Tony Chachere’s praline honey ham injectable marinade, Tony Chachere’s More Spice seasoning, and Rosemary. Bring to a boil.
6.) Add in cranberries and pecans and mix well. Remove from heat.
7.) After 20 minutes, remove brie from oven and add the praline mixture on top.
Garnish with a few sprigs of Rosemary and enjoy with the toasted baguette rounds.
***There are other garnishes I like to top this brie with including a honey drizzle and candied pecans. Whether you add the additional garnishes or not, this will be a hit!
This soft and melty praline honey baked brie is incredible! It is the perfect holiday appetizer. I am looking forward to making it for my family at Thanksgiving or Christmas. I must warn you though. It will be hard to stop eating this so pace yourself! Every bite will be ooey and gooey and the flavors from the Tony Chachere’s Praline Honey Ham Marinade and More Spice Seasoning truly amps up the flavor with a hint of spice! If you give this recipe a try, I’d love to know how you liked it!
As always, thanks for stopping by!
