Baked Shrimp Toast

With summer in full swing, the get-togethers are in motion and I’ve got the perfect shrimp toast recipe that will please any crowd! These little babies couldn’t be easier to make and by baking them instead of pan frying, there’s a lot less grease and lots of flavor!

This post is sponsored by La Brea Bakery Take & Bake Bread but opinions are my own.

I popped into my local Winn Dixie to grab a La Brea Bakery Take and Bake French baguette which is my favorite to use for this recipe! Please find the super easy recipe below:

La Brea Take & Bake bread is par baked which is why I like to pop the baguette rounds into the oven first. By the time the recipe is complete, the shrimp toast is nice and chewy on the inside with the crusty exterior we love. In addition to the shrimp toast, La Brea Take & Bake bread would be perfect to pop on the grill this summer for a perfect grilled cheese sandwich! If you decide to give this recipe a try, be sure to stop by your neighborhood Winn Dixie for a few bags of La Brea Bakery Take & Bake bread and let me know how it turned out for you! As always, thanks so much for stopping by!

XOXO
